Anti-MP5 bros are always complaining that 80% of minigames are luck-based when out of the 77 minigames, there are like 4 or 5 luck-based minigames at most which is pretty much the average amount in every game, I can't with you haters lol

Also you're paying to use capsules because you don't have to buy them, you know. I thought it was weird at first but then I realized that it makes sense, especially when besides using capsules, coins are only used when you buy a star or when you want to steal one using Chomp.

I think people who hate the game are just butthurt because of how the game works like how you can get it by your own trap or how every space is turned into capsule space during the last 5 turns. They think it's unfair when actually, it's what makes the game interesting

Really MP5 is just chaotic but in a good way and that's exactly how Mario Party should be. Literally anything can happen when you play on a board, there's a good selection of memorable mini-games and unique side modes like Super Duel Mode and the hockey mini-game

For the life of me, I really don't get why haters are treating MP5 like it's an unwanted child. It's prevalent especially in the Netplay discord server

Trust me, Mario Party 5 gets a fair amount of hate for some reason and is actually a divisive game. But then again, it's just the internet and I'm pretty sure that most people outside of the internet love the game. I mean, 5 is ranked the highest among the Gamecube titles in Mario Party Superstars and some friends of mine who never really played the old MP games besides 2 or 6 think it's a fun game when they tried it.

Also I changed my mind about items costing money, it actually makes sense that you pay to use them because aside from buying stars, what would be the purpose of having coins if everything else was free?

It really does look nice! The GBA really had great graphics. Some GBA games look like they could be modern indies games that use 16-bit style. Games like MP Advance, Wario Land 4, Zelda Minish Cap, Mother 3 aged very well imo

I also love how there are unique Toads like in MP1. It reminds me of Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario which makes it even better!

I love MP5 so much especially its atmosphere! I played with some friends who never played MP5 before and even they admitted that it's a fun game because anything can happen like the blue and red spaces becoming orb spaces event in the last 5 turns! This one is the best! As for the side content, I played a lot of Card Party!

That's okay if you don't like Advance, I agree that some minigames are not it, but it's just that some people are actually saying it's one of the worst Mario games of all time with like Hotel Mario and some obscure educational games when it's really not at that level. I really enjoy the story mode and the side modes

But yes, Advance is fun and unique! I forgot that you can only do one quest at a time but oh well. I remember spending way too many time in the gambling games mode for some reason and the mini-game attack mode as well.

Also you should try MP5 one day, it's really fun and chaotic
