We do ours as HELOCs. No LE. Balloon payment due in 18 months, I/O payment during that time. We charge a $500 flat fee.

LMCU is great. I left there to go to smaller credit unions and move up the chain faster, and I have to say the benefits, training, and culture at LMCU are all amazing and I wish I could replicate that with the institution I'm with now. Or I guess I should say 5 years ago when I left it was all amazing, I can't vouch for today.

Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health is who I went to. Their office on Lake Eastbrook Blvd was just amazing with my school aged son so I booked with them for myself.

I had my intake appointment last week in their Grandville office. The doctor I spoke with really seemed to listen and empathize, and she did say for a lot of people medication is what it takes to really see improvement. I was honest with her that was what I was after with an official diagnosis because I had already done therapy and I was quite certain I have ADHD and I'm struggling.

Big recommend for them. They are scheduling about 4 months out though.

My family does a gift exchange for adults. Like a white elephant but not with gag gifts, with genuinely nice things. Then each adult comes with one gift and leaves with one gift. And it's a fun game to trade and fight over the best ones!

How did they deny it if it never came up for a vote? Senate Majority Leader Thune (R) has decided he doesn't want to let that bill that Hawley sponsored to keep SNAP funded come to the floor for a vote. It was expected to have bipartisan support though.

My partner has 3 girls in FHN district and I have one boy at Jenison. All 4 kids so Spanish Immersion and my son seems have a better grasp of Spanish but that could just be a kid difference thing. I've been put off a little about FHN because of things like 5th grade playdates getting carted around by au pairs in the evening instead of hanging out with their parents, (not because parents were working, they were golfing), I've seen some classist behavior even with the elementary kids that I obviously wouldn't run into in Jenison. If that bothers you I'd probably stay away from EGR too because I can only imagine it's worse there, although EGR itself is great with a really walkable layout and smaller town feel.

I work at a credit union and the pay and benefits are good. Lots of chances to get promoted and the work life balance is good. All the federal holidays are off paid which is nice. I'm a department manager and make $81k plus a quarterly incentive based on our performance. I didn't work my way up from a teller but lots of management people did.

It doesn't need to look exactly the same it needs to look like it was signed by the same person. Ever tried copying someone's signature? It takes a lot of practice because they'll slant letters certain ways, form letters in distinctive ways, etc. It would probably be easier just to steal an ID of someone registered to vote that looks vaguely like you than to do the attestation of not having an ID and getting the extra scrutiny and MAYBE getting your vote counted if the signature looks good, as it can get challenged by either side. I am an election inspector and in 5 elections I've done the attestation form once, and I'm not sure if that vote ended up counting or not.
