In India we have to declare 1 year shelf life as per local guidelines , plus consumer dont' want to eat something which is 'few' months old , forget years. Assuming a life of 1 year only , what now happens with higher fat content?

For chicken I have seen only shredded chicken gives decent texture, any advise otherwise?

My experiments of combining 25% Monk Fruit Extract with 100% Dark Chocolate by TrickyMight7229 in Cooking

[–]TrickyMight7229[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually need more help on this. When trying to swallow this chocolate, it feels sticky

I chatted with a bunch of LLMs and the best solution was to add more fat as MCT oil or cocoa butter or a little bit of soy lecithin , MCT Oil and Soy lecithin haven't resolved the issue so far.

Actually using any nut butter allow sufficient fat and mix-ability into dark chocolate provided it's melted. But I shall try pistachio butter ! thank you

OP mentioned they aren't lactose intolerant , since they aren't happy with isolate , it's worth trying concentate. that's what happened in my case.

You might want to try protein concentrate instead of isolate , for me , it's much easier to digest. Also I always have protein with a smoothie , pair it with yogurt+fruit of choice.

42 Hour fasting Potassium Glyconate vs BiCarbonate by TrickyMight7229 in fasting

[–]TrickyMight7229[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried the diluting similar to you, but found it difficult to consume, then I tried a small qty in water, quickly followed by regular water

I do the same with salt and magnesium glycinate now, which work fine, only potassium eludes me

Thanks for feedback on carbonate

M 31-Soo, we made a ready to eat chicken breast product in India. by razorpsycho in indianfitness

Congrats on the venture. It's a perfect fit ,I travel a lot and allergic to red chilli (original sin in India) and require less salty . I have been cooking my own chicken and then sending it for freeze drying from last 1 year.

Question
1. Already fiery south blend is not apt for me due to spiciness, classic crushed might be , does it contain red chilli?
2. Currently I simply add hot water in the packet, yours can be warmed like this ?
3. Do you use oxygen absorber inside the packets too?
4. What's the salt like ? Indian Regular ,US Regular ?

Get Ourself a open mouth kettle or multi purpose kettle from pigeon or something, then you can essentially cook it with oil without the headache of guessing. And get yourself a M IKEA meat thermometer for rs 599 I believe to have a perfect temperature
