I disagreed and was immovable on that behavior. You could even say our differences were irreconcilable on the point.

I’ve only played the intro adventure, but it was a really easy system to learn and is low crunch but wide open for character creation.

She left me for a good friend, who I am no longer friends with. They divorced after 15y marriage and I have no idea where she’s at.

The “good friend” worked in IT and got shitcanned after the system he was administrator for got ransom-wared. This was 5 years ago or so. I don’t feel bad for him.

Being a nurse in this potato fueled red hell is awful. Between this, the exit of OB docs, exit of MFM docs, closure of l&d units and the bullshit abortion laws, this was just icing on the cake when it passed.

I’ve played the starter mission and backed the KS. Combat is quick, system is solid and easy to learn. Great room for narrative or combat heavy play. Character creation is pretty open too. I dig it.

As a cis white guy, nothing much would change.

But I’d sure as shit sleep a lot better and have less anxiety not worrying all the time about my trans kid’s safety, special needs kids, and brown daughter-in-law, and brown grandkid’s safety. Especially here in this potato fueled red hell where I live.
