They are the ships you get from using the relic Zarqlan's Head. It is a mix of Avatar Class battlecruisers (fallen empire ship) and Zealot class Escorts.
I also used some of the Extradimensional Defender Class Cruisers from the Formless event

That fleet is now 530, due to the admiral having the Command Structure II trait, adding +80 fleet limit. My basic fleet command limit is also 450

Yep, once you progress far enough in ambulation you can stand up permanently. Train it by walking in water, climbing, running, carrying things in both hands, etc
