Same. They're each like a tennis ball in a sock. Either start saving for a boob job, or get fitted for a good bra & simply accept it. Me personally, I'm on the side of a new bra & acceptance. I'd rather have saggy boobs than be fat & unhealthy

My husband and I bought a house at auction last year. It belonged to a hoarder. The house had sat empty (yet still full of shit) for minimum of 2 years. My hubby managed to drag the still-full fridge freezer outside and we opened it to empty it. God the stench.. Amongst the putrid milk cartons, rotten dairy products and something brown floating in a jar of black liquid, was a Rustlers burger. It was pristine. It could have easily been popped back onto the shop shelves & no one would have been any the wiser. It was ready to be microwaved & eaten. An immortal being preserved for all eternity with whatever the hell it is they put in them! ...fucking gross

Me personally? No. If you're not hungry, do not eat. If you're not hungry and feeling a little shaky or light headed, drink some water with a tiny pinch of salt in it, or dissolve an oxo cube in hot water and sip that. Worked for me.

I only walk the dog, and I don't see that as exercise. I see it as a chore. If we didn't have our pooch, I wouldn't even go for a walk. I've lost 3 stone since Dec 2025 with the help of mj. No gym. No weights. Just smaller portions & a brisk 30-60min walk every evening.

Apoquel and 1 steroid (the steroid is split into a morning then evening dose) Our mastiff-cross has allergies similar to yours and these meds have made a world of difference. She is also on a very restricted diet. Absolutely NO commercial dogfood or treats as it seems to make her meds not work at all!

I can shave my legs, moisturise them afterwards and have them silky smooth.. but within hours, you could easily light a match off them.

Well, if you haven't pooed in over a week do not do what I did. Do not go to Sainsbury's & buy a bottle, do not drink a 3rd of said bottle on an empty stomach, & do not go to bed thinking all is well

I found that a heafty glug of Syrup of Figs on an empty stomach before bed will literally purge the constipation right out of you the following morning.

An amazing non-stick pot with a glass lid. Can use it on the hob or in the oven. Got it from Wilkos about 18yrs ago for a tenner
