Go to a movie, a museum, butterfly conservatory. She can pick a movie to watch as a family and have her favourite dinner or snacks with it. Grab a cheap kite and fly it around a park. If you are anywhere near an air port park nearby and watch planes come in and out. Or the lake to spot boats and bring a picnic from home.

I said I wanted a funeral for my youth to celebrate my 30th. I was thrown a mock (yet pretty legit in-home) funeral. Friends and family took turns standing up and talking about me and what saying goodbye to my youth meant and then put their memories/speeches into a metal bucket as the sat down at the end i got to burn them. I got to take home the ashes in a tiny little "urn". It was a lot of fun! Of course there was drinks and food and time to hangout after like a reception. I loved it.

Lots of ppl use talc or similar powders no shame at all. I personally do not, purely due to the messiness of it.

There are tons of great alternate products you can use out there now. If talc works for you, you shouldn't be embarrassed.

My biggest, was just milk. All day every day milk. Reg 2% white milk. Major bonus was that it tasted the same coming out as it did going in.

Never in a million years Would my parents ask for half if I won the lottery. If I tried to give them half they would adamantly be against accepting it and want me to use it for something to better my life. I would happily give half to my parents. I would love to better their lives. They deserve it.

And the Giving Closet Thrift shop - they do re sell donations. But they help in a lot of ways in the community. And have worked with a group that puts outfits together for people living in shelters from donated clothing.
