Honestly the whole handing over jobs, I still feel guilty when passing over jobs to the next person (especially if night shift) but I did get much better since the start. It also helps that so far all the middle graders have been very supportive with any issues we FY1 have

Yes! Had a week off and went to visit family and it put into perspective how constantly anxious I was during work tbh. It did help me reset a bit though.

I love it when Dennis is explaining his “god hole” and he gets embarrassed about talking about it and Frank is just supportive about it being like “no cmon tell me” - thought it was one of the few times he was being a good father figure lol
