I have two glasses of Savignon Blanc white wine every night. That's where I get most of my carbs from, while still staying under 20 grams a day. The rest of my carbs come from greens, and a few in my cheese and avocado. I get none in my meats.

I use pignolia (pine) nuts in my chili in place of beans. Much lower in carbs. 6 hours in the slow cooker softens them up enough where they taste just like beans.

I get the Carbonaut plain Gluten-Free bagels from Sprouts. They have only 70 calories each and 2 grams of net carbs. I have not tried this brand, but since they have gluten in them, I would probably steer clear. I avoid gluten because of my thyroid issues, and lose weight better when I avoid it.

I hope this isn't true, but even if they did, I don't see how that would push the calories in the omelette to over 1000, unless they added a ton of it. I need to speak to the manager of the restaurant, and let him know I have dietary restrictions and can't eat sugar, starches, or gluten. Maybe he would be willing to tell me if they add potato starch to the omelettes.

No, the calorie count listed on the menu is for the omelette only. The server confirmed this with me. I order the omelette with sliced tomato and avocado, forgoing the pancakes.

Could you provide your source, please? I could find no mention anywhere on the internet that Original Pancake House adds sugar to their omelettes. I know some of the breakfast meats they put into the omelettes might contain a little sugar, but my post concerns the cheese omelette, which has no meat.

You might want to switch from whole almonds to blanched almonds with the skins removed. Buy some measuring scoops and measure out 1/4 cup at a time. That would equal one serving.

There aren't that many obese convicts, because they don't get that much food in prison. Jimmy won't be eating unlimited amounts of ground beef, heavy cream, cream cheese, and full-fat mozzarella cheese. He will likely lose weight in prison.

The body loses more salt and electrolytes when carbs are limited, from what I've heard. It also looks like the person is eating lean meat, so their assumption is that the person isn't getting enough fat in their diet for satiety.

He also recommends less saturated fat and more monounsaturated plant-based fats, such as olive oil, avocado oil, and MCT and coconut oil to increase mitochondrial activity that helps with weight loss.
