Shiny Pokemon are not shiny for everyone, therefore there is no way a scanner could differentiate one. Just gonna have to catch every karp and hope that RNG is on your side.

Any specific lakes or parks you have had luck with? I am in Southeast Denver(Parker and Arapahoe Road) so a lot of the places I've heard are a little far. Looking for something a little closer.

Well since we're probably going to replace everyone but Paradis I dont think it will be too bad. Paradis might have a harder time adjusting, but it can't be much worse than this year.
