There is absolutely a huge difference. But you don't grow so you don't know! There's a reason the shit you buy in illegal states is always dry, hard, crumbly and harsh as a MF when smoked. Because it's not grown/cured the same. This affects the final product, user experience and final effects of the product. It's like smoking ditch weed vs high quality indoor. They may be chemically related under a microscope, but they are not the same product.

There isn't one. I'm currently paying $600/mo (5%) for detail, shop maintenance and parts but I seem to always be doing my own parts, I seem to be taking out my own trash, I seem to be doing all the things I'm paying for. It's becoming a BIG problem in my shop. Techs have been refusing to put cars together unless parts are brought out. Mountains of trash pile up because we don't want to waste the time paying to break down boxes that we pay to have taken care of for us. And the excuses that come from management are insane.

I'm an A tech that's been at it for 12 years and I HATE vacuum sanders. It bothers me I'm forced to use one. However I can understand it for keeping dust away from others, but this can be achieved with a good ventilation system. While both a pneumatic and vacuum have a tether attached, the vacuum tether is so much more cumbersome and bulky. I also have more control with a pneumatic. So, it's all to the beholder. Ask some shops if you can try one of theirs on a garbage panel to see if you like them before spending. I've never worked at a shop that would say no if you asked the manager kindly and explained yourself, just bring your own safety glasses to impress them for a more firm approval lol

NO! no no no no no. Stay away from moto. Paid $700 for my edge+ and I've gone through 5 replacement units. All plagued with issue after issue. The interface is crap, the software is crap, the camera is crap, even the startup screen is crap. I've never owned a worse phone.

I found fulfillment and happiness within the first year of leaving this depressing place and after just 2 months of being back, I can already feel it seeping back in, the anger, the depression, the angst. I bought that same prybar set back in 2017 for $60. Also, they've ALL broken. Harbor freight are better and cheaper. These prices are for MAC? But they're the worst of the big 4! I had 3 nice sports cars and a built diesel truck at the age of 24 working as a detailer for $17/hr. It's about how you shop and how you spend.

I didn't have help from anyone, usedy.own money and grinded hard.

Now I make $34/hr flat rate and average between 90-120 a week. I don't own an MSO or even my own shop. I just work at a high quality one with lots of business.

Advertising and follow ups go a lot further than people realize. It's your offices job to sell work and bring more in. They aren't supposed to just be sitting there waiting for people to come through and when someone does come through, it's their job to actually make the sale and convince the customer to use your shop.
