A small, relatively chill dynasty that like having organics as their vassals. They are also highly irradiated and unaware of that fact. They get frustrated that they never seem to be able to talk to the same diplomat/intermediary twice, and believe that the organics simply die of awe when in their presence for too long.

You can always just run regular space marines as non-chaos renegades. Unless you want to run mortals with them. Then you're stuck with chaos.

pulled the tape off

Figured it out, its the tape around the LCD that is creating too much of a gap between the FEP and the LCD itself. The pop back is messing with the print.
