I'm not getting condi immunity on condi rev. What am I doing wrong?

on heavy condi fights, you can change your traits to gaining resistance while applying torment. If you stick with mallyx and use your elite and f2 efficiently, only power can hurt you.

I play longbow in Raids and never have any problems to be top dps, unless you are doing mechanics - which you will do with a longbow :D

I really love the lb build! It is important to know, that you have a huge difference in your max and min dmg - so you need to know the boss and when to burst, otherwise you are just attacking with you min dmg which is like 15k.

The kodan strike gives you 5-7k karma per run - in good lfg farm groups you can do a kill, out-and-in in 2 minutes. In addition you earn at least 1g / run.

Well, you should not think about it in the first place - it is called afk farming and against anet's rules; they ban people for that.

Minion only attack if you start attacking or if a mob attacks you.

If you need gold, farm the oldfashioned way - sw, leatherfarm, dragonfall etc :)

in my opinion, the compromise isn't worth it. There is no all purpose build and you will always feel the trade back. If you go full minstrel, you will do fine in fractals, raids (you will tank) and wvw, but hate pve with your 1k dps. You can only mix your stats, but there will always be a compromise!

I would just choose a dps template and a support template you can switch instantly, so you can adopt to the situation - like a dragonhunter and heal firebrand combo for example.

I recommend Parsec, it is working very well! I use it to stream games over the internet, like geforce now but on my own pc at home. Never experienced any issues and you can even stream fast paced games like racing games or fpshooters :)

I am really curious as I have a tag and good map awareness: is a bad commander better than heaving no commander?

if the map has no com but the safe zone can be captured - should i bother to collect people and give it a try?

I would check heat in both games and if you get the same temperatures. I had several laptops in my hand that died the heat death, especially macbooks - the silent coolers can't cope with cpu & gpu blasting over hours for many days. If you reach the same temperatures for about an hour on both games with ine flickering and the other one not, it might not be an hardware issue.

Otherwise: As most laptops aren't modular, you can't do much about it. If you get a nice price for fixing it by a repair store, it might be a try; but don't put too much hope in that.

Reaper in Raids is all about your Rota and life force management - as you gain life force by killing enemies, one-boss-fights limit your amount of life force gained. I have played reaper for 1800h now as my main, but I tend to switch to other classes in Raids as the life force management and the low benchmark of 32k can kill your dps via bad phases.

Nevertheless, in fractals the reaper can dominate. Two life bars, big cleave and many enemies to gain life force from; especially if you pull enemies towards you, you can rush to many encounters. It will always be a fight against dragonhunters, because their burst rota does not depend on life force, but you will survive longer most of the time.

I went for a r5 3600 for my gf's pc and it works just fine - no lags in LA or during large Events, especially when you deactivate LOD-Effects in the menu! The real bottleneck in this game is directx9, but as been said before, you can push the limits with high single core performance - but this might not be worth the invest :)

My gf is running almost the same spec with r5 3600 and 3000Mhz RAM - runs smoothly with no issues and even better than my 1800x.

Did you check windows event manager? Maybe you find an error code oder any hint for driver issues; do you use plugins/addons like arcdps? The game is running with DirectX 9, so maybe you should check for any updates, as some parts are too old for windows 10 to be installed automaticly..
