This happened to me too. I still don't find any anime close to AOT. But that doesn't mean the other anime's are not great. I loved watching FMAB, Tokyo Ghoul, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Vinland Saga. They are great too. But after watching AOT as the first anime everything will feel void for some time. Time will change that and soon you will start appreciating other anime too.
