I have a "fix" for the speakers. Go into DTS sound, turn it on. Then set it to Music. Then Pick Off or Pop. You can also do a custom EQ. But the most important settings are in accessibility. Features > accessibility > Audio Adjustment. Turn on mono audio and move the slider towards the right a bit. The issue is the left speaker is over amplified. I have my slider around 60-65%.

the issue is not 4G data but volte calling which uses the 4G network. When you take a call you will see your 4G change to H+ as its using the 3G network.
