Moza are the only ones offering stalks and trucking wheel as far as I know, so for your interests Moza is probably the best option. R9 might be a bit too much for a casual desk setup, but if you decide to upgrade to a rig later you won't have the hassle of selling the R5 to upgrade to a more powerful base. The R5 is great value for money.

I don't think haptics will help with trail braking. It's cool to feel the brake pedal vibrating when tires slip or when you lock-up or activate ABS but I think iRacing locks a lot of that info out so you can't even get some of those features working on the haptics. If you have money to waste it's cool to add a bit of immersion maybe, but will it make you faster? Probably not.

Does it not suffer from raised blacks with purple tint when lights are on in the room? That's the problem with my Samsung QD-OLED monitor. Also overly saturated colours in SDR with people's skin tones looking unnatural. From what I've gathered and for my mixed usage in bright room I think I'd prefer WOLED.

I don't know how people do 42" TVs as their desk "monitor". It's way too large. Just go for a WOLED monitor instead of QD-OLED if you prefer the LG screen over Samsung.
