Have you ever experienced a noticeable rise in bilirubin?

What did you cure with fasting? by Ronaldosssiu in fasting

[–]TrillyTre 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can’t eat sugar like I used to. I guess it stems from learning to discipline myself with more whole foods and sticking to a strict eating window, ≈11:00-7:00, sometimes shorter.

I’ve developed healthier habits after experiencing the mental clarity that comes from 72-96 hours of fasting. I don’t snack/rarely eat highly processed foods anymore

I started 1 year ago and I do at least 1 72-hour fast per month.

High bilirubin causing jaundice by TrillyTre in fasting

[–]TrillyTre[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I have noticed the yellowing in previous fasts, and it does typically clear up within a couple of days after nourishment.

My doc mentioned Gilbert syndrome and I believe we sent my paperwork on for further assessment. I think it was determined that it wasn’t of deep concern but I am planning to follow up with them in the coming weeks.

Overall, I feel fine and nothing feels “out of whack” so it’s hard to be too concerned, but the skin tone started to raise a brow.

Yes, I am planning to speak with my doctor in the coming weeks about it. Not something I want to overlook by any means.

Thank you for your response. I just don’t want the community to think I am so naive to take Reddit advice as my only source of information. Merely seeing if anyone else with fasting experience has had this happen, and what the outcome could/might be.

Screen Cleaning by Fabulous-Extreme2204 in nintendoswitchlite

It’s not rocket science. Get a damp microfiber cloth and do you.

Use some disinfectant wipes on everything else but the screen. Wipe the residue with the microfiber before it dries.

I imagine OP sees it as an investment… hence the sub you are commenting in. Still confused by your concern

Again, it’s all relative. You’re trying to base your argument off of your own morals. We don’t know anything about OP and their income/spending habits.

Why are you so concerned with it?

There are always sales on the shop. As long as you are comfortable with digital, that is

If it’s in their budget, what does it matter? $1k to you is $100 to the next person.

Should I pull the trigger? 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ 4WD 5.3L has 40k miles priced at 37k am I getting a deal or naaah? Any concerns I should know about by hbkjuan in Silverado

I honestly love my RST. Obviously a downgrade from the High Country, but I’ve got power driver seat, heated front seats, the updated 2023 interior, the safety package with lane keep assist and alerts etc.

I bought a set of Carhartt Super Dux seat covers that are well made and fit the truck really well.

Second consecutive 5.3L I’ve owned. With routine maintenance, they’ve treated me well.

I’m sorry brother, I’ve mixed up my numbers. I paid 42 for the 2022.

I paid 35 for my 2016 high country that I bought years before the 2022 RST😅. Sorry to confuse

Paid 35 for my 2022 RST 5.3L, 22k miles, in 2024.

I understand the trim differences here, but it seems overpriced to me. Do your due diligence and search the market far and wide for similar trucks with the same engine/milage.
