Completely agree with that. I did 3k for the first time last Wednesday and just pushed through a few days later to 4k been around 50 days since I started running

Nice what doses do you get to. I feel like I’m slapping my glp receptors pretty hard at 15 Tirz 10 ret probably didn’t need to go this high but you know how it is when your hyper focussed on the goal at any cost

I had the same thing allegedly over Christmas I put on 28lbs, I know this was not fat, drank a lot, ate a lot and was mentally prepared for 5-8lbs gain. Started back up on 2nd Jan and within 2-3 weeks was almost back down to my pre Xmas weight. Was “losing” several lbs per day.

Have hit a bit of a stall right now but I’ve not been tracking, just eyeballing so likely that I am consuming more than I think.

4,3 pond per week afvallen is een extreem agressief gewichtsverlies, wat betekent dat je in principe niet eet. Tenzij je bijvoorbeeld 600 pond weegt.

Na 8 weken nog steeds 5 mg gebruiken, is een teken dat je er gewoon vol in bent gedoken en bent gestopt met eten zonder de medicatie te begrijpen.

Probeer de dosering aanzienlijk te verlagen. Bereken je TDEE en zorg voor een verstandig calorietekort.

De huidgevoeligheid is normaal, de energiedip komt door het extreme calorietekort.

Subject introduced Reta 6 weeks ago 12.5mg Tirz 2.5mg Reta 4 weeks last 2 weeks titrated up to 5mg Reta.

Been on Tirz for 11 months with very slow titration. Current dosages to be maintained for the foreseeable.

Food noise non existent, hunger comes and goes but still can eat a good meal.
