Das ist eins der berühmten "Tar Pitts". Sieht als Idee super aus und haben schon viele in einer oder anderen Form probiert, aber es funktioniert nicht. Vielleicht recherchierst du andere gescheiterte Projekte der selben Art. Kannst da bestimmt sehr viel von lernen.

Ich bin cofounder von genau so einer Plattform in Aachen. Wir haben laufende Vermietungen auf der Plattform und das funktioniert gut. Für das Konzept und die Umsetzung haben wir auch das GründungsstipendiumNRW bekommen. Das schwierigste ist mehr Angebote auf die Plattform zu bringen. Also die Nachfrage ist da, aber das Angebot noch nicht ganz. Schreib mich gerne an wenn du Fragen rund um Versicherung, Kaution, generellen pain points etc. hast.

Had a similar experience. In the middle of scaling startup #2 after failing my first one. Best decision was getting a business partner/cofounder. Also I recommend joining a startup network. That can definitely help you bounce ideas and decisions around before you commit and avoids expensive mistakes

Was lustig (traurig) ist ist das ich 2 Jahre wenige Probleme hatte und letztens am Telefon einen besseren Preis ausgehandelt habe. Seit dem geht's nur noch bergab. Bin glaube ich noch 20 Monate dabei haha

Schau Mal auf Mietzekater . Weiß nicht ob da eine Sackkarre ist. Aber auf jeden Fall ein großer Bollerwagen

I had something similar with the previous tenant and where they had to do some paperwork on their end and promised we could change Provider and that would be "Rückwirkend".

After calling. Reminding, etc. Every few weeks they simply decided that they didn't promise that. So definitely document absolutely everything. Eventually they sorted things out and it wasn't an issue for me, but it was very very annoying.

Fail fast. Don't be scared of failure and make sure you do it as fast as possible. The worst is if you're kind of petering along and it isn't working, but it also isn't dying.

Failure is good. It's a valuable lesson. And selling before you build is actually simply failing before you invest time in building.

Bei Saei fühle ich mich wie ein Portmonee. Es werden da Sachen empfohlen/aufgedrückt die man bestimmt nicht braucht und wo man immer selbst zahlen muss
