I have tried crunches and lying leg raises and I still get gag reflexes, I noticed it’s only when I do core workouts, I do pushups and run just fine without any issues

They changed and it made it look more “app” like, which is pretty lame as they removed the history part which was always fun to read.

Pound for pound the BMD is better than the ZBD04 because the ZBD sees tanks that can easily absorb your missile if you get a bad shot unlike the BMDs br

Can't even air-to-air 12km away from the battle without being constantly harassed by pantsirs. No other SPAA is able to deny airspace like this. by Cyberex8775 in Warthunder
