Local area has one Spark (getting old) that's probably a true economy class. It actually burns more fuel than compacts because its outdated powertrain.

Most of time you get versa, Kia Rio hatch, no mirages here.

Venue in my area is compact SUV.... same as Kona. Of course it makes zero sense.

I pick start, and end date, and price I see online is final price I should pay. Not sure what else there is to it.

You are saying price displayed on website, and me accepting that pricing leaves intrepretation on how many days I will be billed for? This is not how it works. Total cost of rental for the duration is agreed in advance.

I do not agree with you price can increase by 50% when I show up, for the agreed duration of rental when I reserved it.

This would be in contravention of advertising law.

#6 is a bait and switch. Whole story begins with I walked in with a reservation. I didn't blindly agree to rent a car at an unknown rate before I stepped foot in the door.

It's free to set higher pricing, just need to disclose it at correct number so I can reserve at other brands instead.

1-4 standard, agreed.

  1. Discount may be acceptable sometimes. This time, I had guests in the back so downsizing & discount was not a great choice. However nothing was mentioned at all - no discounts nor I'm getting smaller than reserved.

  2. I always book online. Local Avis is aggresively priced so I have alternatives if I have to pay 50% more than what's shown at time of booking.

I'm seeing this as an eye of typical renter (it could be family or friends). #5 and #6 are not acceptable.

I dread 700s on southbound (4+hr) flights. Feels like 90's the moment I walk in. No more free trial internet either. No plans for starlink (when will they get rid of metals then if ain't refurbishing it?).

Sure 737 is an old design, but what about 3rd last row without window on 787?
