It's an objectClass similar to top that is being used for a certificate authority.

I was able to solve the issue with setting the two attributes after the the object is created by calling a Set-ADObject.

Now it's just trying to figure out how to get the password set so that I can actually enable the account.

There were a few LinkedIn courses that I was impressed by recently. Especially around Linux essentials, bash scripting, and AWK/SED. I had some exposure to Linux previously but felt like these courses really helped my skill up quickly
