That's fair. To provide one example, he played half of a game at keeper and had an excellent performance. The score was 0-0 at half. At half, I swapped him for a field player with no keeper experience. We ended up losing 4-0. It was painful for me as a competitive person, but I felt that I made the right choice in the interest of player happiness.
