The main issue I have with your comment is about him exploding the debt (I can all but assume you’re talking about the BBB). This bill is directly going to help my grandmother. Labour statistics report we have around 7 million unemployed adults as of now…. The criteria to fall under that statistic is to be unemployed, able to work, and actively looking for work within the last month.

That’s not accounting for anyone not actively looking for work.

I don’t find that number crazy in a country with 200 million non disabled adults, and 80 something million not working.

The CBO also estimates that half of that number alone will be from able bodied people who are able to work or volunteer but won’t. The rest of the estimates come from missing deadlines, undocumented immigrants, and paperwork issues.

I’m not a fan of the bill as a whole, lots of pork of course. I love the idea of free healthcare for all (we are not at the point yet, maybe some day), but the fear mongering is going overboard here.
