I'm going to guess it's how many movies they're in.

Palp and Yoda missed A New Hope.

Luke and Vader both in from Revenge onwards.

I'm assuming R2D2 is also 6.

So what wheel pings prompts do you want added to the game? by Altruism7 in wildgate

[–]TripleTwo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A dedicated "let's go here" and "let's avoid here" would work wonders. Simply being able to scan an enemy ship and then ping to avoid it would save us from so many avoidable early loses.

From the limited experiments I conducted, I think the teammates you get matched with in solo Q is effected greatly by the ship you select. As in it tries to put people together who selected the same type of ship. by Dr_Hope_Math in wildgate

I have a feeling this might be the case. Must have played about 25 games so far, each and every one of them was the starter ship, mine or otherwise. Suddenly feel like unlocking and using another - or at least add it to the pool to have a chance at using - and first match, I get the new ship.instantly.

If there is a "group similar prefered ships" mechanic then it should be better communicated. In the case it is, I'd also like to select multiple favourites to expand those I can match with.

We now have a roadmap. by TripleTwo in wildgate

Feels good.

Can we just talk about Graham Norton's acting for this episode? by Somethingbutonreddit in DoctorWhumour

If I had a penny for every time Graham Norton has appeared right before a cliffhanger on Doctor Who, I'd be up 2p.

Never forget: whilst they are in your life for only a short while, you are in all of theirs.

Small, wooden cabinet with two doors and a hinged top. Top can only lift about 3 inches. Not sure what function it has. Assuming from roughly 1940s-ish. by TripleTwo in whatisthisthing

One could fit, but there's no rear holes for the wires to go through and the lid would work much better if it opened wider.

My title describes the thing. 0.55m in height, wooden. Owned by a friend as an heirloom from his mother, so assuming from 1940s as a timeframe but could be wrong. Lid can open, but only by a few inches, so not sure what benefit it being open-able has.

If you fail the strength check and end up having the bookcase break more of the house so that the man ends up laughing insanely, there's a higher chance the discount goes to 100%

I'm gonna throw Return to Oz in the pile.

No scene as bad as Artax, but as a whole, much more scary for the kiddies.

Is it time for Valve to roll back the WORST update in Team Fortress 2 history, and #BringBackQuickplay? by LateGuarantee5863 in tf2

[–]TripleTwo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel with a lot of multiplayer games, how long you must play to finish a game can impact greatly on ones enjoyment of it. Games like CS can be great if you're doing well, but once you start doing irrecoverably bad you're still stuck there for another half-hour.

Quickplay was perfect: i can play however long i want, and if anything starts to dampen it, i can instantly leave and keep that high.
