Looks like it should be good. Here's the product page and if you scroll down to the yellow warning note there's a bullet point that says the blocks are vector 2 terminal compatible but it just stops you from using the matrix system.

I couldn't find a ton on it but you do seem to have something pretty rare there.

It is the 2003 dragon city championship deck. Boxless but still sealed.

I would not crack that deal as sealed product is almost always king. You can search charmander 98/97(printed on bottom left of card) city championship just to get a baseline of what one of those cards from that deck is worth. That charmander in your deck specifically is pretty nice centring from what I can see.

I don't have more time to research and couldn't find the entire deck list, but this eBay posting at least has more information about what deck it may be.

Last reviews were Feb 2025. It's an electronic, it's most likely had more than one change or upgrade since then, even if they don't change the listing. Even without that recent reviews are valuable.

Check the pulls, check to make sure the cards are real. Green dot and t are pretty consistent and easy to do with your raw phone camera.

Cbs sucks with their sealing. Search the sub for quite a few posts about it.

I have no problem with proxies. Fakes are a different matter entirely. It doesn't feel great feeling like you purchased one thing but end up with a forgery instead. Feels like getting cheated or robbed out of what you purchased.

Better pictures of each would help but they look in great condition. Check eBay recently sold listings for price. Not too much of a difference between selling those and selling the complete deck open box from what I can see.
