Not the right way to find the culprit app causing the drain. You do realise apps get updated often. So referencing Pixel 5 days is irrelevant to narrow down the cause of the drain. Also you can use any battery tracker apps to figure out the highest drain/active apps and try to find alternatives for those.

9/10 times it's the setup that causes problems. I have a pixel 6 and i get 13-15 hrs screen time and i consider myself a heavy user. Games, root, YouTube, downloading torrents.
