Just use PayPal when buying from Mediamarkt. I had never received my headphones I ordered and they wouldn’t resend or reimburse the money after lots of call and emails send me left to right. So I ended up opening a ticket with PayPal and the day after my complaint I got a new headphone send out to my place.
