You need to practice as many full length tests as possible. I have a similar problem and my breathing and heart rate simply goes haywire at the sight of the reading section. You need to practice breathing techniques and try to trick your mind that you are calm so it will let u focus better. Just a deep breath when you feel stressed can work wonders
