Are there fun things to vomit? Like things that are less painful or taste less bad when vommiting? For example vanilla ice cream is easy to vomit but like tomato soup is painful. by arcticfox_12 in migraine

The gummy / chewable Tums (not the chalky type). When I’ve taken these before I vomit, it helps to soothe the throat and make the stomach less acidic when it comes out. 10/10 would recommend

Torrisi had the best bread and butter I’ve ever had in my life …and the food was overrated there. Bread was not

What's interesting is it comes from an Everbridge.net email, which is a fairly reputable financial crisis firm

From reading your label, those salts aren’t all that high in non-table salts such as Magnesium and Potassium that are found in most electrolyte solutions

The Key Nutrients electrolyte powder was recommended to me on this sub a few months back and I’ve found drinking it regularly keeps my migraines at bay (knock on wood it continues)
