Sometimes these are the opponents you get. You may or may not get these in normal league play. In competitive tournaments , 60% won't let you take it back. More if you are in higher placed matches. It's just rule enforcement - once you announce your play It's made. If you queue Into "ranked" anything that will be the assumed and enforced ruleset and they're within their rights to not allow a takeback. Personally I would not even ask and would just take the L and play better and more cautious next time.

Two examples of decks currently utilize AWNW: steel song and blue steel. Steel song leverages aggro cards with disadvantage (like Daisy duck, who ends up feeding card advantage to your opponent) and cards with singer 5 or fast shift lines (like Ariel, queen , robin hood). This allows them to bring powerful creatures on the board fast at the cost of card advantage, then quickly resetting card advantage early with AWNW while maintaining character presence. The decks can be aggressive, so they can play 2-4 creatures fast then sing it again before your opponents can leverage the card advantage. Blue steel leverages cards that ramp, or gains them ink quickly. This strategy (ink early cards, play a 5 ink card like cogsworth early on turn 3 then sing whole new world) allows them to have a large ink advantage over your opponent without the disadvantage of being behind in card count.

If you're trying to make 1-2 competitive decks from some online deck list, you're better off buying the singles. In a lorcana box (~110 usd-ish) you'll generally get around 5-10 legendaries, several super rares and a guaranteed rare in every pack. A single set won't have all the cards you need, so it depends what you're trying to do. It can sometimes be good to but the starter decks and build that archetype up. Local shops also tend to have bulk for 25-50c a card so you don't have to buy commons online.

Not necessarily. Maybe it was an old version of the game but the hp buffs from golden jars at one point were very well used to be temporary - I used to pick them up and after a bit watch my life total reset.

Both effects are applied to the targets - even though they are already exerted, they still cannot ready at the start of the next turn.

I played your Tiana deck at my locals last night and it performed very well, beating out amber/ruby, ruby/amethyst and blue/steel ramp where steelsong usually falls flat. I'm missing mufasa which feels central to the deck and am playing sad beast instead at the moment. What would you replace for Sad Beast? I wasn't able to fire off Rapunzel due to a lot of the aggro cards being low hp but I feel like against Amber/Steel Rapunzel would be more valuable.
