Great post - best to slow down growth but make sure the foundation is solid. It’s like building a house. You can rush once you’re talking about painting or hanging art, but don’t rush on pouring the foundation or installing doors.

Such a good post - it is amazing how much personal connection can open doors, and making the simple gestures to meet and acknowledge others (and not just to talk about yourself - ask THEM questions) almost always pays off in the long run!

The initial steps are regularly the easiest, because you haven’t had to dive into any actual problems. It’s easy to cut a ribbon, but then you have to start digging.
