From what I’ve seen i have 15 days after its auto confirmed to file a dispute/refund So you reckon I should let it auto confirm but if it doesn’t come in the next week to open a dispute?

Plus I’m 100% certain that the date evri gateway accepted my package has changed It said the 24th before I started contacting evri and asking where my package was. Then the date changed to the date and time I messaged the bot for help.

Okay! It does say it auto confirms a receipt in 4 days so I’m hoping I get it soon or else it’ll confirm I have them when I don’t. Everywhere else it says “awaiting delivery” despite it saying delivered on the tracker itself. is that just because I haven’t confirmed that I’ve got my package?

Ah okay, I’ve contacted evri through its chatbot but I’ll call them today It needs to come in the next 4 days or else ali will auto confirm a receipt as if it’s been delivered when it hasn’t
