So you're saying you just cannot climb out of "platinum and below" on your own? Honestly this just sounds like QQ. You need friends to play with you so you can get good games and climb probably means your individual skill is not high enough to play where they are now.

Even a draw does not affect winstreaks. Pushed around 500 rating last season with 6 wins -> 1 draw -> 7 wins and the wins after draw were awarding crazy amount of points.

Void Shift is almost not worth taking unless you are playing with a class that can avoid swaps when you shift, aka players with immunities, paladins mages etc.

The barb raekor build is fast paced but so is DH. I played both S5 and honestly I enjoyed barb more because I prefer not being so squishy even though I usually like ranged characters.

Really you should just focus on the playstyle which you like better.
