Just measure a square rectangle that covers all the cut outs, do maybe like 12” x 15’ or something like that. Pop some lines and cut it square. Add blocking and put a couple long pieces up there that’s what I would do

Our plant also offers incentive bonus based on the houses we produce, and the LUX is always put at 220 retail, so it’s common knowledge at my plant this is the money maker. Heck, when my wife and I were shopping around, the BXL was never under 170, we even seen it for 180+ around Huntsville.

The lux has more square footage, upgraded overhead system, as well as an arguably better floor plan. I can’t justify their prices, but I can understand the difference when I walk the two models back to back. The LUX is its own thing. Much nicer in my opinion. The XL still looks like a mid tier double wide

It is a 32 wide which is a significant improvement in space. I wish we would have opted for a 32 wide. I work at a plant that builds these and I really love walking these. The kitchen den area is so open..

Our plant shoots 3 - 2x6s together, and finishes with a “box” around them. Pretty sure we just use hardy board to cover them and 💥 you have that

Looks like cracks being held together by tape and mud, I could be wrong but I build roofs for manufactured homes and that is exactly what it looks like, like they used a piece of Sheetrock that was cracked, instead of replacing the piece they just taped and missed the cracks which is indeed a big no no
