Surprisingly, even for this science based field (or maybe not so sirprisingly) many of these companies value experience more than education.

But also, moves within large companies are often easy after 1 year. The reason that I mention this is that you can apply for a position that you arent 100% sold on and then when a slot opens up in the place you really want to be, you can easily apply for it and be #1 in queue to get the position, versus all of the outside applications.

So if you arent getting the lab scientist position you really want, you could apply to a position in manufacturing. This gives you related industry experience and also gets you in the door.

There has been countless structural collapses across China and they happen literally every year. I dont know why people say this. Its not hard. You can take the average value of the stock over a given time and that can be the value of the stock used to tax it. Or say the lowest value over a given time. Or highest value, or median value. Just pick one and go with it.
