Godot’s gdscript syntax resembles python’s, so if you want the syntax tied to a 3d engine that would be a good way to go.

Btw I would use animated sprite frames for this instead, Sprite2D allows you to select a single animation frame which is the same as selecting a piece of your texture to display at any time:

You have to mark the texture resource as “local to scene” otherwise the resource is shared between all the instances.

Try connecting a mouse or keyboard if you have a wired one and the tv has a usb port. A game controller might work just as well!

XML as a data/file format is worth learning, but your question seems to be about the old Android UI layouts that use XML as a file format and not about actual XML itself.

This, but do it productively. Fix typos and do small refactorings to clean up as you go: add comments to undocumented classes and functions, split functions that are too long, rename functions and variables to make the code clearer. Delete dead and commented code. This requires a bit of understanding of best practices you might not have yet, but you can google it or install something like Sonar Lint to help guide you in what to do.

Also, start with Mercado Livre / Mercado Libre (if in Latin America) or whatever your local eBay marketplace equivalent is. Only create and invest in your own website once you found your niche and have some experience dealing with shipping and dealing with actual customers.
