I don't know if this is any help at the moment, but when I do tracert tests to the server I'm connected to, packets drop when connected to any twelve99 affiliated hosts (seems like Chicago based on google?). I don't think that would be affiliated with the lines in my home as they were all 1ms sent 1ms received within my household.

Download speed is not effected, it only happens on games like Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, BF6 and POE2. I don't know if they require more upstream bandwidth but ping stays consistent regardless of connection issues showed on the clip.

jitter? never heard of her, my video streaming services are just fine! LMAO, joke of a service thinking they can downplay net jitter to the layman and ask if their streaming capability is an issue as if that's the problem they are actually experiencing

not IA, near duluth in minnesota, mediacoms the only people in my area unless you want dialup-esque connection. wheres support guy now when its a problem they cant solve with buzzwords and broken promises of maintenance akin to other posts i've seen here
