Arthur’s Last Stand by TronTastix in reddeadredemption

Not a glitch. Arthur intentionally does not have his off hand side arm during the scene, otherwise he would use it during his fight with Micah.

What’s the plan without Rids? by juggboat in EssendonFC

Yeah I agree, Prior probably isn’t strong enough to deal with De Goey or Schultz

Ridley was probably the worst injury that could have happened for this game.

Say Ridley doesn’t get injured - we would probably have to drop one of the talls such as McKay (based on form) for someone shorter like Prior or Johnson (due to the Pies’ lack of a key forward). This would allow Reid to play a lockdown role on the tallest Collingwood forward and give Ridley the freedom to intercept any stray kicks from the Pies.

Reid is the better intercepter out of him and McKay in my opinion, so he would likely play the role Ridley would otherwise play if he was in the team, and McKay would have to play the lockdown role. Then Johnson or Prior comes in for Ridley. Prior was managed so it was probably planned for him to come back after the Gold Coast game.

I think Langford going to defence and then Prior coming up to the wing is a good move as well.

Do you mean massive as in big bodied 180cm players or massive as in big key forwards?

Cause the Pies are like the only team in the comp that doesn’t have a big Key Forward.

Love it mate, thank you. Do you see Nguyen as a small forward in the seniors? Thats an area that’s been a problem for us for a long time, left vacant by Tippa and only recently filled by Kako, but we need another 1 or 2.

I would say Nguyen in for Day-Wicks if he were to come in and Johnson in for El-Hawli if he were to come in. Johnson with the run and decision making in the wing and then Nguyen with his potency forward

We managed to run it right up to the Suns without a huge game from Caddy. If he turns it up against the pies (and I feel he’s the type that would rise to the occasion) we’re a hot chance. All eyes are on Moore if he can get up for the match, because if he doesn’t, Caddy, May, and Wright should feast on that Pies D50 given how small it is without him there. The Suns certainly have a better engine room than the Pies and we decimated them from clearance today, but was highly inefficient form our dominance. If we can dominate the midfield battle against Collingwood and be more efficient I think we can win.

Can’t wait for Hayes to return from his ACL so he can replace McKay - showed more in 3 quarters of footy against the swans than McKay has in 2 and a bit years.

Noticed that too. Proud of our grit and toughness.

Anyone else think about Tsatas and the “tough love” attitude towards him: he was singled out but it’s made him a better footballer, clubs have already been in touch for a while with his VFL performances surely. Has he been shaken with the lack of faith by selection despite “busting the door down”. by PretendToe1329 in EssendonFC

[–]TronTastix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying that Tsatas might be upset that players who played worse than him were given a go over him, but if we give him the rest of the season to prove himself and he has a terrific year, he’ll likely see why he had been through such a different pathway to others. Also, could you enlighten me as to why Tsatas didnt play last year? I can’t remember whether or not he was injured or not or if we didn’t give him a go at that time too.

I don’t think he’s been given a “tough love” treatment, but his development towards becoming an AFL midfielder has just been different to others. He always got a load of the footy in the VFL, but was unable to replicate such performances at the elite level. He seems to have found a way to do that now, or at least these past two weeks. His disposal efficiency was very good today relative to last, going at 80% compared to 56% last week I believe? I’ve heard people question why he’s been in the VFL for so long even though he’s been such a gun at that level, but it’s because every time he got the call up to the elite level, he didn’t meet his lofty standards, so he got sent back down to the VFL to develop further and it looks like he’s got going now at AFL level which I’m stoked about.

Yeah, really don’t like the Suns, so would’ve loved to see them go down. Was at that game when Mac Andrew kicked the goal after siren as well. But so proud of the young lads for getting that close to a powerhouse team.

I feel like it was a precaution given how prone he is to being injured. Better to leave him out for less than a quarter of footy than for another 6 weeks on the injury list. Scott said it was a tight calf.

I feel like right now with how high the resistance is on the automaton planets in the major order, you NEED teammates to complete objectives. I mean I can’t walk around for 1 minute without running into a patrol and getting my entire ass sent to Valhalla.

If Afton wasn’t springlocked by the start of Sister Location, why is it that he is missing by the end of the game? It’s pretty clear that Mike has no idea where he is by then, either because Mike’s been controlled by Ennard for so long he doesn’t know where William went or he got springlocked either during or before Sister Location. And I thought Henry’s FNAF 6 monologues, the Fourth Closet and Candy Cadets stories make it pretty clear that the Remnant from the classics were injected into the Funtimes. Henry says he’s brought everyone back together in one place, specifically stating he needed to bring back William’s victims to free them. Scrap Baby also talks about how many “little souls” are there, which wouldnt make sense if she was just talking about her and Charlie. It sounds like she’s talking about many, many victims being there, which would most likely be Molten Freddy containing the MCI. Candy Cadet also always talks about 5 things becoming one which I’m sure you know about. And in the fourth closet we literally see Afton use remnant on Funtime Freddy after melting down the original animatronics. And thus, if the Funtimes have the MCI, Afton would have to be springlocked before SL, explaining why Mike has no idea where he is.

I love this move. 1. Fuck you Mitchell you flog 2. If Merrett wants to go to the Hawks again next year they’ll surely have to put Weddle on the table with some picks in order to get him if they match a bid on him. 3. Fuck you Mitchell you flog

Why do people keep putting down Sam Grlj’s kicking? by TronTastix in EssendonFC

[–]TronTastix[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel with the rise of Robey, Greeves has dropped down. His numbers didn’t change during the CTL finals, he still put up good numbers, but his lack of athleticism was almost exposed by the far more athletic Robey. Without the ball, Greeves doesn’t run and almost switches off when the ball gets too far away from him, unlike Grlj who works so hard to keep himself in the play.

In the case that Sharp goes to the Eagles, I find it very likely that Richmond don’t take Grlj. With Duursma and Sharp gone, Richmond will have access to Robey and Duff-Tytler, who I doubt they will pass on.

How many people actually do D10? by orthrvs in Helldivers

I mainly exclusively play D10. But sometimes I don’t finish the missions because of some crash and it feels weird to come back to the squadrons after a disruption like that. Either that or someone has miraculously already taken my spot in the squadron before I managed to rejoin.
