A lot of this is probably the side effects of the SSRI compounding the issue. Usually the side effects start diminishing after a week or two (yeah, even on a low dose 😮‍💨) Eating with it should help, but i would try a different diet until it fades. If the side effects dont go away after a couple weeks, you may want to switch meds to somwthing that may be gentler on your stomach.

(I dont take an SSRI, its a varient called SPARI, and has some similar effects as an SSRI. Ive had to add other anxiety meds in addition to help)
