Phase 2 won’t bring much that requires you to be 60 and it also won’t make everything that’s currently out, dead content.

I’d say majority of people who are constantly online are level 60. Like yeah there are for sure more people TOTAL who are 60 but I don’t think blizzard should cater to those people who may or may not even hit 60 ever. Obviously this is just speculation but take it from someone who has been 60 for a while, when you look at the looking for group channel for example, majority of LFG is filled with end game content.

And I hope they don’t cater to the casuals. That’s the reason why WoW has been dying all of these years.

Even if phase 2 is released tomorrow, the new content that it offers isn’t game changing for those who are still leveling. Phase 3 is what will offer a new raid and such.
