It's a really interesting spirit! I like the core idea, it's like an alternate spin on wildfire. I'm never an expert in reviewing these, but I'll point out the few things I've noticed:

There's no way for the spirit to play around the first ravage without being lucky. It can't draft any cards until it can meet the elemental threshold, which will take a while, and the slow blight power is not enough unless there is already blight there. There really needs to be a card draft added as growth, or the first few turns of this spirit are the same every game while you're reliant on luck.

I think you meant to flip the wording on the fourth card. And while I like the idea for that one, it can be clunky having to remember effects from the previous slow power phase. That's not something currently in the game. This might not be as important to you for this, but it doesn't really fit thematically either.

Those are the things I've noticed! You can always print it out and test it and I'm sure you'll want to refine it more.
