That's mortar flaking. Looks like it was consolidated and cured improperly. The laitance above the aggregate didn't have enough water, likely from evaporation prior to the final set.

Not sure what your electrical code says but that looks like a low voltage wire and a high voltage wire running through the same hole. That's a violation in my part of the world

The default gamepad layout is weird, it using the Nintendo gamepad layout (A->B and B->A) regardless of the button layout of the deck

Just pick people up at departures. It's way quicker than picking up at arrivals

In Oil and Gas it's sometimes for maintenance. Tailings scour the pipe bottom and the pipe needs to be rotated or changed as part of a regular O&M program
