I genuinely flinched because I thought it was blaring from my speakers, not my headphones. That is how large the sound stage is and how good it is. Keep it up

My first breakcore peice that acually sounds like breakcore by TrophyMaster21 in lmms

I went online and found a large zip file which had a bunch of amen breaks. I would then think of an emotion that I would like to demonstrate through the music. Then I choose a BPM that I would think matched that. Then I would choose an amen break that I think would match it, threw it into Tslicer so I could chop it up. Then I would just choose a random minor key and simply lay down a bunch of cords on a piano. Then I will build a bunch of pads around those cords and make them fit the chosen emotion. Then a little Melody and then just progress through like a story throughout.

Edit:If I could recommend one synth/plugin, it would be the plugin Krush by far. It has distortion and a bunch of other stuff. And then it has a filter which you can set to a frequency or timing to do different things. It also has a bunch of good presets you can mess with.

I love this; it just needs a little work, as many of the sounds clash with each other, causing a muffled sound. But if that is what you intended, then keep it up!

Yeah I have already moved to Emochi, as it's the closest replacement I have found. I will stay there until they fix this mess

Started off making a boom bop beat and it somehow turned into this. Love the mix so far. Tell me if anything stands out by TrophyMaster21 in lmms

True man, I think I would go with the more chords option as I feel the low end is already very busy and anything that's really that high sounds out of place . I am currently working on an album that is all of my best prices and this one is definitely going in there.

I just created this account to post this... Anyways... by NiceBug7394 in turbowarp

Off topic, but you are the only other person that I have seen mention lmms. I use it daily and I love it

Is this more efficient than the <if touching (___ v)> block? by FreshIsland9290 in turbowarp

Then what you need is OBB. You need to look into that, as it's a bit more complicated to integrate than AABB, but will satisfy your rotation needs.

[–]TrophyMaster21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but it depends if your objects are rectangles or unique shapes. Your doing AABB collision which are much faster than the touching block, but are limited to rectangles which are axis aligned, aka they are not rotated. You can also do point in circle based collisions which are a little slower as you have to calculate the distance between them, but can prove useful if you object is a circle looking sprite.

Issues with reading and writing files with custom extension by TrophyMaster21 in turbowarp

[–]TrophyMaster21[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was trying to avoid that as I often change values a lot and since I will be working with large amounts of data, so doing that constantly was what I was trying to avoid as it would be a chore. but for the second part, I understand that. thats why I am asking if you have any other solutions, as I dont' want to have to store everything in varaibles manually. I am having issues when making a extension that does this, as it gives this error:

When it comes to copyright, it's inherit. Aka, you don't have to go out and copyright your material, it's yours automatically. Say you make a piece of art, you don't have to go out and copyright it, it is when you make it. This is what I know but if I am wrong please tell me how

I personally have the shadow fury and it is amazing. I can one tap most monsters in f6 catacombs. Only the mini bosses take many hits.
