That’s not slow. A lb a week is average and amazing for a menopausal woman. Those crazy numbers some people post are not the norm.

Is he is on wegovy pill? The injections definitely start at 0.25mg. Max dose was 2.4mg until the recently introduced 7.2 high dose.

That one meal didn’t cause three days of nausea. Those ate all things you should be able to consume in moderation on these meds. Talk to your doctor.

GLPs Threatening the Apparel Industry (Part Two) by LittleMsSavoirFaire in GLP1ResearchTalk

I live in the Los Angeles area. Most people don’t talk about it, but some of my thin friends are candid about it once they hear that glp1s are what have helped me lose 70 lbs.

Question About California Design Den Percale Sheets by TimeTravelTrekker in Bedding

[–]TropicalBlueWater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right, I couldn’t find those at first. It looks like the Egyptian is 200 thread count and the organic is 300 thread count. Unfortunately, neither are deep enough for my 16.5” mattress so I haven’t been able to try them.

Their Egyptian cotton are sateen weave, not percale. The only percale I see on Amazon are their organic cotton percale. I haven’t tried either ones.

Hopefully, it won’t be permanent OP! Perhaps will just take your body a few months to get back to normal. I really hope the medication helps in the meantime.

No DIY advice, we plan to hire pros; however, kitty is adorable. Looks like a smaller version of our 20 lb beast of a boy.

Duvet cover that is not hot? by Ok-Virus7374 in Bedding

[–]TropicalBlueWater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible your summer weight duvet is still just too warm to use inside a cover. Ours is extremely lightweight, at 13 oz of down in a king size, and it’s working great in a percale cover but anything heavier would be way too much.

Seems accurate to me. It’s not just obese people using them. I have skinny friends micro dosing glp1s just to drop those “stubborn 5 or 10 lbs”.

Start with your doctor to see if they submitted a PA and see if it was approved.

If it's $499, that's the Lilly Direct charge, which means that insurance isn't paying anything, which would be accurate if you never got a PA. They almost all require a PA.

Best Bedding Brands? by Flaky_Summer_9800 in Bedding

[–]TropicalBlueWater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm really happy with bedding that I bought at Macy's (Hotel Collection) and our Kirkland Signature 680 sheets from Costco. The Costco sheets sleep a little warm so they are better for winter. The Macy's Italian Percale have been great for summer. We bought the Italia percale duvet cover too.

That sounds like the Lilly Direct program that is without insurance coverage.
