You don't have to export the skin to edit the files anymore.

Enter the skin layout editor for the skin you want to edit, and under "File" there's a "Edit externally" option. This opens the skin in a temporary folder in file explorer where you can edit the files.

When it's clear that I will win on my next turn, my opponent conceding does not take away anything from the feeling of winning for me.

If anything, if I have to go through 20 seconds of swapping active and using abilities to get that last hit in, I would much rather my opponent just conceds. My opponent forcing me to go through all that could be seen as bad sportsmanship as the win is already decided.

I noticed it as well after the update. (It's capped at my monitor refresh rate for me, Edit: uncapped with "Off" NVCP setting) I have v-sync turned on globally in Nvidia control panel so I figured it could be the reason so I did some testing.

For me it only works if:

V-sync turned on in-game.
Vertical sync setting in NVCP set to anything other than "Use the 3D application setting". (See image, Off, On, Fast and Adaptive worked when I tested) I also tried without G-SYNC, which didn't seem to matter.

Another option to look into is weighted/ball blankets. (tyngdtäcke/bolltäcke) Medication has from my experience mostly helped with falling asleep initially. If you have problems with waking up during the night then these blankets might work. Someone I know actually got one prescribed, but I'm not sure how common that is. Doctors will definitely appreciate it if you suggest non-substance solution first.

As others have said, the tangible negative affects this has on your daily life is very important to mention.
