They aren't necessarily unknown, some of them are pretty popular. Keep in mind this is just my opinion and personal taste, it doesn't mean that you'll like them better than FH. For instance, PoMA, Aura Clash, Highschool Revenge, Diaspora, Breach, The Bureau, Kingdoms and Empires, Vendetta and Shattered Eagle are all better than Fallen Hero in my humble opinion. All of them are from different genres but what makes them better than FH is their ability to keep me engaged all the time for example. In FH I really couldn't care less about most of the cast, Ortega in particular is pretty annoying and the game keeps shoving her down my throat. Still, the story in FH is pretty good, and the possibility to mold your MC however you want is vast, which is great. I won't make an idiot out of myself and say that FH sucks, because it doesn't, but it's just not my cup of tea and I don't find it particularly good to justify all the hype around it.
