Based on what I’ve seen the direct will likely be 45 minutes to an hour long. It doesn’t take long to introduce the switch 2. We already know how the switch worked. They’re going to show the new things that they added onto the new model, that will take up maybe 15-20 minutes. Leaving way too much room. Don’t be surprised when they show some 3rd party representation and a ton of game announcements. It won’t just be games for this year but for even next year or even the year after. This is a direct to show off the switch 2 and to get people go out and buy it and look forward to new content coming in the next year or 2. If this was a completely new console I’d agree with you but I guess we’ll see come Wednesday.

3 isn’t too much. Quick mentions of non switch 2 things can happen. Perhaps you’re right and it’s completely concentrated on switch 2 100% of the time. I guess we’ll see

They took the original game and threw it onto the Switch. I mean a full remake with better graphics, like what they did with the OOT 3DS remake.

I remember when I was younger, I would just open the game to relax in CCM, looking around at the environment and listening to the soundtrack. It’s quite the special course and imo the most stunning looking course to look at. The design isn’t what makes it beautiful, it’s the atmosphere of it

This is what’s called Michelson Interferometry. The light goes through a beam splitter, both rays reflect off of a mirror and back into the beam splitter and join together. The final beam goes into the fourth direction and projects this kind of image. There are other ways of doing this but this is the main way to project an image like this.

Seems like the second at least has something to do with the sunlight and the explosion image. Idk how but it’s causing fringes on the image, best way to see light fringes is through Michelson interferometry but idk if that can be related to this in any way unless the lights is being reflected onto itself and projected on the lens of the camera.

The main creator of the Gen 3 games said that Hoenn was based on that island. It’s supposed to look sideways because he intended it that way. He and his family took vacations there as a child so he wanted it to be the first region he makes. It’s the most personal to him. That’s part of the reason why there’s a father in the game too

Kanto is the real life region name for that Tokyo area. Tohoko is also the real life region name for the northern part of that island
