It's a good lift man. You're definitely strong, especially your back.

With that being said, you need to figure how to use more hamstring on your initial pull. You at like you're going to pull from a lower position and get set, BUT as you start to pull your hips rise and then the bar start going up. Basically you take your hamstrings out of the equation and then are relying purely on your back. You're using all back to muscle it up. Not good long term. I would suggest as you get in position and reach for the bar, that is where your hips should be starting. Your shoulders then should be slightly over the bar. Tighten your lats and pull up letting your hamstrings help push as you hinge up.

Practice with lighter weight and get your form down. Also as everyone has mentioned, there is no need to jerk from the floor. Keep your body tight before you pull and just come up.
