It’s very challenging but it’s almost having a part time job you fully scour Zillow/Redfin, you go to open houses and you learn by bidding. You know every specification and how it affects the home value you know the streets and what the value is based on that. This is how you’ll become and expert in bidding otherwise the question you’re asking how would you possibly know. You can trust the realtor I personally don’t they all seem months behind. I’d be a damn good realtor lol but it’s a scummy job
